Less Than Perfect - Braised Beef Perogies
Practice doesn't always make for perfect perogies. Though we always strive for perfection, some days/nights the kitchen Gods just aren't on our side and some of the perogies just aren't up to our standards.
But we don't want to waste them - so we're now offering "Less Than Perfect Perogies" at a discounted price.
The same great taste of our Braised Beef Perogies, just not as cute. (The odd perogie may break while cooking)
Our Less Than Perfect Braised Beef Perogies come in 400g quantities and have approximately 18-20 perogies per package.
Ingredients: Dough(Egg, Canola Oil, Baking Soda, Flour) Beef roast (garlic, onion, rosemary, Oil, Red Wine, Salt and Pepper) Cream Cheese, Chives.
Cooking Instructions: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a glug of oil. Put your perogies into the water. Give them a gentle swirl so they don’t stick to the bottom with (the back of the spoon). Be careful not to tear the dough. Now let them cook. When they start to rise to the top and float, they are ready!! Drain and fry them butter and caramelized onions if you want them to taste extra delicious.
Try adding fresh grated horseradish over them for a little kick!
