Savory hand pinched braised beef perogies. You can't go wrong!
Our braised beef perogies come in 400g quantities and have approximately16-18 perogies per package.
Ingredients: Dough(Egg, Canola Oil, Baking Soda, Flour) Beef roast (garlic, onion, rosemary, Oil, Red Wine, Salt and Pepper) Cream Cheese, Chives.
Cooking Instructions: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a glug of oil. Put your perogies into the water. Give them a gentle swirl so they don’t stick to the bottom with (the back of the spoon). Be careful not to tear the dough. Now let them cook. When they start to rise to the top and float, they are ready!!Drain and fry them butter and caramelized onions if you want them to taste extra delicious.
Try adding fresh grated horseradish over them for a little kick!
