Our Easter Egg Dish Mushroom Dill Perogie Casserole is a one to two person serving of 10-12 perogies in a mushroom dill sauce. Only the yellow dish is available at this time.
The Easter Dish can be reused as a candy dish or for future Easter celebrations and is oven safe.
Ingredients: Potatoes, Cottage Cheese, Dough (Flour, Canola Oil, Baking Powder, Salt and Pepper) Fresh Button Mushrooms, Milk, Cream, Sour Cream, Butter, Onions, Fresh Dill, Salt & Pepper
Baking Instructions: Preheat over to 400F. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 45 minutes from frozen. To decrease cooking time by 10-15 minutes, thaw before baking. Be sure to put your dish on a cookie sheet in the oven to catch any drips. The casserole is done when the perogie dough is cooked through and it is a nice golden brown on top. Overcooked is better than undercooked!!
