Our small Bunny Bowl Perogie Casserole is a one-two person serving (10-12 perogies) in a mushroom dill sauce.
The Easter Dish can be reused as a candy dish, or future Easter celebrations and is oven safe.
Ingredients: Potatoes, Cottage Cheese, Dough (Flour, Canola Oil, Baking Powder, Salt and Pepper) Fresh Button Mushrooms, Milk, Cream, Sour Cream, Butter, Onions, Fresh Dill, Salt & Pepper
Baking Instructions: Preheat over to 400F. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 45 minutes from frozen. Decrease cooking time by 15-20 minutes if thawed. For a golden brown topping, take the foil off for the final 15 minutes of bake time. Overcooked is better than undercooked!! The casserole is done when the perogie dough is cooked through and it is a nice golden brown on top.
