Our Adorable Easter Bunny Bowl Perogie Casserole is a two-three person serving of perogies in a mushroom dill sauce.
The Easter Dish can be reused for future Easter celebrations and is oven safe.
Ingredients: Potatoes, Cottage Cheese, Dough (Flour, Canola Oil, Baking Powder, Salt and Pepper) Fresh Button Mushrooms, Milk, Cream, Sour Cream, Butter, Onions, Fresh Dill, Salt & Pepper
Baking Instructions: Preheat over to 400F. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 60-90 minutes from frozen. Decrease cooking time by 15-20 minutes if thawed. For a golden brown topping, take the foil off for the final 15 minutes of bake time. Overcooked is better than undercooked!! The casserole is done when the perogie dough is cooked through and it is a nice golden brown on top.
